Ruscilli constructed the 31,000sf Front Room Furnishings showroom in the highly visible Polaris retail district of Columbus, Ohio. Designed as a custom, single-story retail destination, the facility was developed to showcase furniture collections through carefully curated product vignettes, expansive window walls, and dramatic high-ceilinged interiors. The open-concept layout maximizes visibility throughout the showroom while creating an inviting customer experience that highlights the retailer’s high-end furnishings and design offerings. Located within one of Central Ohio’s most active commercial corridors, the project required exceptional attention to architectural detail and quality craftsmanship to deliver a retail environment that reflects Front Room Furnishings’ premium brand identity
