Ruscilli was selected to build the 35,000sf, two level PINs Mechanical Co. entertainment venue at Easton, bringing RISE Brands’ activity driven concept to life through an immersive blend of analog gaming, social spaces, and hospitality. The dynamic interior features 16 duckpin bowling lanes, multi-level seating areas, and three full bars designed to accommodate both everyday guests and large social gatherings.

The venue also includes two exterior patios, two indoor bocce courts, a variety of arcade games, and a signature indoor slide that adds a playful architectural element to the space. Seven oversized garage doors open to exterior seating areas and restrooms, strengthening the connection between indoor and outdoor environments and allowing the venue to expand seamlessly for seasonal events. Together, these features establish PINs Mechanical Co. as a vibrant recreational anchor within the Easton district, combining entertainment, food and beverage, and flexible gathering spaces into a cohesive destination.
