Ruscilli was selected to build High Bank Distillery’s flagship Grandview location, an approximately 18,000sf craft distillery and hospitality venue located near the confluence of the Scioto and Olentangy Rivers. Named for the historic “High Bank” area, the facility combines distilling operations with a vibrant guest experience, featuring a full-service bar, restaurant, and game area designed for public engagement.

The project includes a 1,000sf outdoor patio with seating and large roll up glass garage doors that connect interior and exterior spaces. Inside, the distillery showcases a 12-foot tall, framed glass wall that provides views into the production area with copper and stainless-steel distilling tanks. Additional program elements include dedicated equipment, bottling, and aging rooms to support on site production of High Bank’s organic vodka, gin, custom blended rye whiskey, and handcrafted bourbon, as well as a restaurant emphasizing elevated, approachable cuisine made with locally sourced ingredients.
