Ruscilli Construction constructed the final phase of the Legacy Crossing Retail Center in Marion, Ohio. The project included three independent retail buildings totaling approximately 85,000 square feet and forming the centerpiece of a new regional retail destination. Building A was anchored by Shoe Carnival, Maurice’s, and Aaron’s Rents, while Building B housed PETCO, MC Sports, and Dollar Tree. Building C featured Starbucks and Papa Murphy’s Pizza. In addition to the retail buildings, the project included extensive sitework, utility infrastructure, a 533-space parking lot, and a retention pond to support future growth and long-term site performance. The completed development established a vibrant retail environment that serves as a key commercial destination for the Marion community.
