Easton Gateway District is home to nearly 325,000sf of new retail space including two large format anchor tenants, specialty grocery, small and mid-sized retailers, new restaurant concepts, and two levels of new office space. Site amenities include landscaping, hardscaping and prominent water feature. The project also adds a significant new parking capacity, with space for almost 2,000 vehicles.
