Ruscilli completed a transformative renovation of PINs Mechanical Co.’s Ohio City location, repurposing a historic three level structure into an approximately 23,500sf, multi amenity entertainment venue. The adaptive reuse project preserved the character of the existing building while reimagining the interior as a vibrant destination for social gathering, nightlife, and year round recreation.

The renovated space features duckpin bowling lanes, an eclectic mix of 16-bit arcade games, a dedicated bocce ball court, a gaming console lounge, and multiple full-service bars. By thoughtfully blending modern analog and digital gaming experiences with the building’s historic architectural elements, the Ohio City PINs Mechanical Co. delivers a distinctly local, neighborhood anchored venue that celebrates play, connection, and the energy of Cleveland’s Ohio City district.
