DUBLIN
Ruscilli completed interior improvements for Weenie Wonder’s Dublin location, a 2,700sf quick service restaurant situated between PINs Mechanical Co. and the 16 Bit Arcade. The project involved significant infrastructure upgrades, including new underground mechanical systems, slab infill, interior partitions, and full commercial kitchen systems with grease ductwork, a hood with roof mounted exhaust fan, and multiple pieces of specialized kitchen and vending equipment. The completed space
accommodates a full dining area along with operational zones for fryers, flat top stoves, heating stations, refrigeration systems, bar service, wash areas, office functions, and storage. The renovated restaurant supports efficient food service operations while integrating seamlessly into the surrounding entertainment district.

EASTON
Ruscilli delivered interior construction services for Weenie Wonder’s Easton location, a 2,433sf quick service restaurant located adjacent to PINs Mechanical Co. at Easton Town Center. The scope included new underground mechanical systems, slab infill, interior partitions, a structural mezzanine, and full commercial kitchen build out featuring grease ductwork, a hood with roof mounted exhaust fan, and various kitchen and vending equipment installations.

Interior finishes included new custom casework with solid surface countertops, merchandise shelving, multiple ceramic tile applications, and wood shiplap siding. The project required extensive coordination with the Owner’s vendors for kitchen equipment, beverage systems, furniture, signage, IT, and POS systems, as well as close collaboration with Easton Operations and Security. Construction took place amid active retail surroundings and during the holiday season, requiring careful planning to maintain public safety and minimize disruptions to neighboring businesses.
