Ruscilli provided construction services for Arlington Pointe, a multi-story, approximately 37,000sf mixed-use development. The project includes roughly 7,000sf of office space and 30,000sf of street-level retail designed to serve a high-traffic commercial corridor. Work also included demolition of an existing structure and extensive site redevelopment to accommodate the new building and associated parking improvements.

The completed development features a diverse mix of retail and financial services tenants, including Oak Hill Bank, Tim Hortons, Noodles & Company, Verizon Wireless, and Mattress Firm, contributing to the area’s commercial vitality and providing convenient amenities for the surrounding community.
