Pivotal Housing Partners selected Ruscilli Construction to serve as the construction partner for Spring Street Lofts, a new senior independent living community. Funded
through the Ohio Housing Finance Agency’s (OHFA) 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit
(LIHTC) program, the project consists of a four-story, wood-framed building featuring
88 one and two-bedroom apartment units. The development incorporates a range of
resident amenities, including a community room, fitness center, and walking areas that
connect to surrounding public pathways. Designed and constructed in accordance
with Enterprise Green Communities criteria, Spring Street Lofts emphasizes energy
efficiency and sustainable design.
