Pivotal Housing Partners selected Ruscilli to serve as the general contractor for Omega Senior Lofts, a 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) affordable housing development located in the Dayton View Triangle neighborhood of Dayton, Ohio. The project consists of 81 senior independent living apartments featuring one and two-bedroom units. The facility includes a range of resident amenities such as a community room, business center, and fitness room, and is situated within the Omega Community Development Campus Revitalization Area. Co-developed with Omega Community Development Corporation, the broader campus provides additional outdoor amenities including walking trails and a community park, enhancing connectivity and quality of life for residents.
