Lutheran Social Services selected Ruscilli to complete the renovation of Tubman Towers, an existing four-story senior housing facility. Originally constructed in 1970, the building underwent a comprehensive modernization that included the renovation of 99 residential units, with all efficiency units expanded and converted into one-bedroom apartments. The project also incorporated the addition of ten accessible units, two sensory-impaired units, a new elevator, and enhanced community and support spaces designed to serve resident needs. Scope of work included substantial upgrades to the building systems and interiors, along with site, parking, and landscape improvements and the construction of a new maintenance building, transforming the property into an updated, accessible, and community-focused living environment for residents.
