Pivotal Housing Partners selected Ruscilli to serve as the construction partner for Wayne Lofts, a new workforce affordable housing development. Funded through the Ohio Housing Finance Agency’s (OHFA) 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, the project consists of a single four-story, wood-framed elevator building featuring 58 residential units with a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. The development includes resident-focused amenities such as a community room, staff office, and adjacent playground, supporting a well-rounded living environment for residents.
