Ruscilli partnered with Redwood Housing to complete the comprehensive renovation of Wildwood Village Apartments, an existing multifamily residential community. Funded through the Ohio Housing Finance Agency’s (OHFA) 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, the project encompassed upgrades to 28 two-story residential buildings totaling 272 apartment units across an 18-acre site. The multi-phased renovation was executed in approximately 12 phases and included extensive interior and exterior improvements, modernization of building systems, and significant site and amenity upgrades. The project revitalized the community while enhancing functionality, energy efficiency, and overall quality of life for residents. The project was completed in December of 2023.
