St. Mary Development Corporation selected Ruscilli Construction to serve as the construction partner for Wood Street Lofts, a new workforce affordable housing development. Funded in part through the Ohio Housing Finance Agency’s (OHFA) Low- Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, the project consists of a single three-story, wood-framed apartment building featuring 52 residential units with a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom layouts. The development includes key resident amenities such as a first-floor staff office, community room with kitchenette, and a fenced playground, along with direct access to an adjacent city walking and biking trail, enhancing connectivity and outdoor recreation opportunities for residents.
