St. Mary Development Corporation selected Ruscilli to serve as the general contractor for RiverWorks Lofts Apartments, a 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) development funded through the Ohio Housing Finance Agency and located in Riverside, Ohio near Dayton. The project consists of two three-story, wood-framed residential buildings totaling 61 workforce housing units designed for families, offering a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. The development includes a full complement of resident amenities, including a community room, business center, fitness center, and outdoor playground, supporting a well-rounded and community-focused living environment.
