Pivotal Housing Partners selected Ruscilli to serve as the general contractor for Oregon Senior Lofts, a 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) development funded through the Ohio Housing Finance Agency. The project consists of 81 senior independent living apartments offering one- and two-bedroom units. The facility includes key resident amenities such as a community room, business center, and fitness center, and is located in proximity to Pearson Metro Park, providing residents with access to scenic walking trails and outdoor recreational amenities.
