Hopeton Village ALCP – Phase I

Ruscilli was selected to perform construction services for Phase I of the Hopeton Village
Assisted Living Conversion Plan (ALCP), a HUD-funded renovation project. The scope
included the conversion of 16 dwelling units from independent living to assisted living,
along with the addition of a full-service kitchen and dining area to support resident
services. Renovations also included updates to first-floor common areas, enhancing
functionality and improving the overall resident experience within the facility.

Hopeton Village HUD-Green Retrofit Program

Ruscilli completed renovations and upgrades for the Hopeton Village HUD Green Retrofit
Program, a comprehensive modernization initiative focused on improving building
performance and energy efficiency. The scope of work included upgrades across all
150 residential units, including replacement of HVAC systems, windows, lighting,
and related building components. These improvements enhanced energy efficiency,
reduced operating costs, and extended the life of the facility while maintaining a
comfortable and functional living environment for residents.

Hopeton Village ALCP- Phase II

Ruscilli was selected to continue its work at Hopeton Village with Phase II of the Assisted
Living Conversion Plan (ALCP). This phase included the conversion of an additional 25
units from independent living to assisted living, expanding the community’s ability
to provide higher levels of care. The project also included the construction of a new
entrance canopy, full roof replacement, and exterior elevation enhancements, as well
as other site and façade improvements that modernized the building’s appearance and
performance.
