EASTON BUILDING W
Building W is a 20,000sf, single level multi-tenant shell building serving the retail and restaurant industry. The project included all necessary sitework in preparation for the new building. Ruscilli completed two tenant build-outs as part of the shell building.

EASTON FENLON SQUARE
Ruscilli Construction was the General Contractor and a key player in the creation of Easton Town Center’s Fenlon Square District. This was a complete redevelopment and addition to existing landscaping, hardscapes and site amenities. Fenlon Square was designed specifically with families in mind. It offers a preeminent level of convenience with the ability to park, eat and shop in very close proximity. World-class, family-focused retailers like American Girl and Build-A-Bear join eateries like Rusty Bucket and Cosi, with the entire district anchored by an interactive fountain featuring dragonflies, frogs, turtles, and more.
