Hamilton Crossing Senior Living Center is a 70,000sf, 64-unit affordable senior housing community located in Whitehall, Ohio. Developed as a LIHTC-funded senior housing project, the community includes 29 one-bedroom and 35 two-bedroom apartments within a three-story wood-framed structure. The development features extensive resident amenities, including a large community room, kitchen, lounge with fireplace, library, and sitting areas that encourage social interaction and foster a strong sense of community. The project achieved LEED® Silver certification, demonstrating a commitment to sustainable design, energy efficiency, and long-term operational performance while providing high-quality affordable housing for older adults.
