Ruscilli has served as a long-term construction partner to Zest Juice, a locally founded Columbus based brand that produces all of its juice products in house and has expanded its menu to include salads and sandwiches. Ruscilli has completed construction of four new Zest Juice retail locations across Central Ohio, supporting the company’s growth with consistent, efficient build outs tailored to quick service restaurant operations.

In addition to the new locations, Ruscilli remodeled Zest Juice’s original storefront to enhance customer and dining experience. The firm also completed the Zest Central Kitchen, a dedicated production facility that centralizes all juicing operations, improving efficiency, consistency, and scalability as the brand continues to expand..
