Ruscilli completed the AEP Distribution Dispatch Center (DDC) project in Gahanna, Ohio, a $4.5M renovation and expansion of an existing facility to support critical utility operations. The project transformed the space into a modern, highly functional dispatch environment, integrating robust back-up power systems, upgraded data cabling, enhanced server room cooling, and an expanded training area to ensure continuous, reliable performance for 24/7 operations.

The renovated facility features an open office layout with flexible workstations, collaboration areas, conference rooms, and dedicated management offices, all designed to support efficient communication and team coordination. Comprehensive interior upgrades, including new furniture, finishes, lighting, and high-performance HVAC systems, improve occupant comfort and long-term building efficiency.
