Ruscilli completed renovations to the Lakehurst Innovation Campus, transforming an underutilized site into a vibrant, people-focused workplace environment designed to attract tenants and support evolving workstyles The project encompassed approximately 100,000sf of interior and exterior improvements across the campus, reimagining the site to create a more engaging, “town center” atmosphere with flexible workspaces, dining options, fitness amenities, and collaborative areas that encourage interaction and employee engagement.

A key focus of the transformation was the introduction of outdoor environments for working, dining, and relaxation, allowing employees to move beyond traditional desk settings and take advantage of flexible, wellness-oriented spaces. The design prioritizes accessibility, comfort, and usability, creating an inviting campus experience that encourages people to spend time on-site rather than simply pass through. These improvements, combined with modern building upgrades and durable materials, deliver a high-performing, adaptable environment that supports tenant growth, enhances user experience, and positions the campus as a competitive destination for businesses and talent.
