Ruscilli Construction completed the renovation and retrofit of multiple areas within the Huntington Center, a premier downtown Columbus office tower located at 41 South High Street. The project encompassed extensive upgrades to the Business Conference and Entertainment Centers, a new entrance and lobby experience, multiple tenant build-outs, and a rooftop entertainment venue. A signature feature of the renovation is a living garden installation containing more than 8,500 plants that extends throughout the building’s public spaces and alongside the prominent lobby staircase, enhancing the overall tenant and visitor experience. In addition to the common-area improvements, Ruscilli delivered several key tenant projects within the building, including Aver Inc. 3,000sf, Barnes & Thornburg 12,000sf, Hines Corporate Office and Leasing Center 5,000sf, Horizon Conference Center 5,000sf, Horizon Lounge and Rooftop Patio 15,000sf, and Thompson Hine & Flory 3,000sf, creating a dynamic, modern workplace environment throughout the property.
