Ruscilli served as Construction Manager for the new Heartland Bank Corporate Headquarters, a 60,000sf, two-story facility located on a six-acre site adjacent to Whitehall Community Park. Designed to support both corporate operations and community engagement, the headquarters accommodates Heartland Bank staff as well as the Ohio Title Company, providing a modern, efficient workplace environment with flexible office layouts and collaborative spaces that enhance productivity and employee experience.

A key feature of the project is its strong connection to the surrounding community, with multiple meeting and event spaces that can be combined into a large banquet hall, supporting public gatherings and community functions. The building also includes a large outdoor terrace overlooking a rain garden and adjacent park, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience that promotes wellness and connection to the natural environment. Constructed with a combination of brick and steel and accented with reclaimed barn wood, the facility reflects the company’s regional and small-business roots while incorporating durable materials and high-performance systems to ensure long-term efficiency and sustainability.
