The project transformed the existing workspace into a more functional, contemporary office environment through upgraded finishes, new partitions and ceilings, and fully modernized building systems including lighting, HVAC, and fire protection, enhancing both occupant comfort and long-term operational performance.

All construction activities were carefully executed after hours within a fully occupied building to ensure uninterrupted operations, requiring detailed coordination with both the client and building management team for material delivery, logistics, and waste removal.
