Ruscilli Construction completed the renovation and retrofit of nearly 50,000sf within Worthington Industries’ 905 Building, transforming existing office space into newly branded environments for the Innovations, Cylinders Laboratory, and Energy Group. The project introduced modernized, flexible workspaces that support both specialized operations and collaboration, while integrating a new on-site fitness center to enhance employee wellness. Updated finishes, reconfigured layouts, and upgraded systems improved overall functionality and long-term building performance, resulting in a cohesive, high-performing environment aligned with Worthington’s evolving operational needs.
Headquarters
Ruscilli Construction completed a multi-phase renovation of Worthington Industries’ headquarters, modernizing the facility while maintaining operations in occupied executive and office areas. The project transitioned the building to an open office concept, improving communication, collaboration, and workplace efficiency through updated layouts and contemporary design. Enhancements included a renovated lobby and the addition of a prominent entrance canopy, creating a welcoming and modern front-facing identity, while comprehensive interior upgrades improved overall functionality, aesthetics, and long-term building performance.
IT Building
Ruscilli Construction completed a full renovation of a three-story, 23,000sf building on the Worthington Industries campus, transforming the facility into a purpose-built workspace for the IT department. The project included extensive interior demolition and reconstruction, along with upgrades to finishes, ceilings, flooring, doors, and glazing, as well as new break rooms and collaborative office spaces designed to support a technology-driven workforce. Exterior improvements, including patio upgrades, and enhancements to building systems improved efficiency, comfort, and durability, resulting in a modern, flexible environment that supports innovation and operational performance.
