The project transformed the space into a modern, high-performance workplace designed to support collaboration, client engagement, and day-to-day operational efficiency. The layout includes 22 private offices, multiple conference rooms, a boardroom, and open administrative work areas, creating a balanced environment that accommodates both focused work and team interaction.

A prominent reception area serves as the focal point of the office, featuring contemporary finishes, integrated technology, and a hospitality-driven design with a café, lounge seating, and a feature wall that establishes a refined and welcoming atmosphere for visitors. Comprehensive upgrades, including new furniture, cabinetry, flooring, lighting, and HVAC systems, enhance occupant comfort, energy efficiency, and long-term performance.
