Ruscilli provided Construction Manager at Risk services for the renovation of CVG’s 53,000sf North American Headquarters in New Albany, Ohio, transforming the existing facility into a modern, functional workplace tailored to support daily operations and employee well-being. The project included comprehensive interior upgrades such as renovated restrooms, new ceiling and wall finishes, updated lighting, and the installation of new aluminum-framed office fronts, along with enhancements to shared amenities including a refreshed fitness center and coffee bar.

The first-floor café and kitchen areas were redesigned with open ceilings and exposed ductwork, complemented by polished concrete flooring to create a contemporary, collaborative environment, while a new canopy enhances the building’s main entrance and overall exterior presence. Critical infrastructure improvements, including modifications to the fire protection system, were seamlessly integrated with updated HVAC systems to improve indoor comfort and long-term building performance. The work was completed within a fully occupied facility, the project was carefully phased to minimize disruption and maintain daily operations, resulting in a modernized, high-performing workplace that enhances both employee experience and operational efficiency.
