Scioto Country Club

This multi-phase undertaking included extensive renovations to the main clubhouse and kitchen facilities as well as construction of a new fitness center, tennis facility and halfway house totaling nearly 30,000sf.

Phase I: Complete demolition and renovation of banquet facilities and dance hall as well as men’s locker room, restroom facilities, steam and sauna areas. Also, included is a new outdoor terrace with bar and fire pit.

Phase II: Complete demolition and installation of new mechanical system, fire sprinklers and fire alarm systems within the existing clubhouse. Scope also included new kitchen, pro shop, mixed grille, history hall, and terrace totaling 14,000sf of living and dining spaces. Restoration of exterior elevations was also included.

Phase III: Construction of new halfway house consisting of service kitchen, restrooms, enclosed porch, underground utilities, and split system conditioning. The exterior treatment consists of stone veneer matching the stone located intermittently throughout the course.
