Ruscilli Construction Headquarters

The project is an interior demolition and interior buildout of a 22,000sf office building located in Dublin, Ohio. The project includes floor finishes, millwork upgrades, new ceiling areas, and lighting. The outdated entrance was converted into a modern and
welcoming lobby area to greet clients and make a strong first impression. We also upgraded the employee amenities to include a kitchen and dining areas along with spaces for social activities and more casual work spaces. As a result of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), we took the additional measure of installing a special ultraviolet HVAC system to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our employees and guests.

One Columbus

JobsOhio selected Ruscilli Construction to provide construction management services for the expansion and renovation of their 11,000sf office on the 15th Floor of the Huntington Center in downtown Columbus, OH. The work included upgrades and replacements of finishes throughout the space, as well as the installation of new walls, ceilings, lighting, HVAC, and fire protection systems.

All work was completed after hours so as not to impact the existing operations of this 100% occupied space. In addition, coordination with the building management team was critical to the efficient scheduling of material delivery and trash removal throughout the project.
