Heartland Bank Corporate Headquarters

The new Heartland Bank Corporate Headquarters will consist of a 60,000 square foot two-story facility located on a six (6) acre site, adjacent to the Whitehall Community Park. In addition to housing Heartland’s corporate associates, this facility will also include space for the Ohio Title Company and will be the home to a new Heartland Bank branch which will include the convenience of a drive-up ATM and Remote Teller station.

Heartland plans to host many community events in the multiple community rooms that have the ability to open into a large banquet hall. Just outside of these community rooms is a large terrace that overlooks the new rain garden and city park.

The building itself will be constructed of brick and steel with several reclaimed barn wood features throughout. The project is a cornerstone to the new Hamilton Road gateway to Whitehall.

Worthington Industries 905 Building and Fitness Center

This undertaking involved the renovation and retrofit of nearly 50,000 square feet of existing office space at Worthington Industries’ 905 Building. Upon completion, the renovated areas effectively created newly branded space for the Company’s Innovations, Cylinders Laboratory, and Energy Group.  A new fitness center was also integrated into the overall project.

AEP Transmission Office Building

AEP has selected Ruscilli to construct its new 196,000 square foot Transmission Office Building in New Albany, Ohio.  This project consisted of office space for 700 people (50 offices and 650 cubicles), full-service cafeteria, exercise facility, locker and shower rooms, first floor conferencing center, restrooms, breakrooms, meeting space, and loading dock with storage. The building was designed to achieve LEED Certification.

Easton Gateway Office Building

This new office building is part of a 600,000 square foot retail complex.  This particular portion consists of two floors of speculative office space totaling 39,400 square feet above lower level retail space.  The new space offers premium entrance lobbies and core areas and is adaptable to one large end-user.  Alternatively, the space can easily be demised into smaller areas as leasing dictates. In addition, a “green” roof / terrace is accessible from the second level.

Point of Pride

This 21,000 square foot urban redevelopment project is located at the northeast corner of Cleveland and 11th Avenues in the Greater Linden area of Columbus. This vital project included construction of a single two-story retail and office mixed-use building.

The Clarence D. Lumpkin Point of Pride building serves as the corporate headquarters of the Greater Linden Development Corporation, a private non-profit community development organization supported by the City of Columbus.

Emerald Professional Building

Dublin’s Emerald Professional Building provides a high visibility anchor to Perimeter Business Park, one of the most desirable suburban office markets in Central Ohio.  The two-story 60,000 square foot facility provides modern and amenity-rich office space to serve Columbus’ rapidly growing Northwest Corridor.

Ashland Chemical

This 107,000 square foot, five-story corporate headquarters expansion is connected to and compliments Ashland Chemical’s existing building by a grade level link and an elevated skywalk bridge link at the fourth floor. The building features a corporate resource center and extensive training areas connected with integrated voice/video/data technology.

This facility is located on Ashland’s main campus where their nationally renowned Research and Development laboratories perform polymer application testing.

Worthington Industries IT Building Renovation

This project consisted of the renovation of a three story, 23,000 square foot building on Worthington Industries’ campus. The work included demolition of an exterior concrete patio and interior ceilings, floors, and walls. The MEP systems were saved and relocated. The new work included ceilings, doors/frames/hardware, flooring, lunch and break rooms, office, interior glazing, and exterior patio. The renovated building is utilized by the company’s IT Department.
