Ruscilli completed the Chimes Terrace renovation, a 60-unit affordable housing project involving both assisted living conversion and multifamily rehabilitation components. The project included the conversion of 24 existing units into assisted living residences through a HUD-funded Assisted Living Conversion Program (ALCP), along with the renovation of the remaining 36 units supported by a 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) award from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency. Scope of work included a two-story addition to enhance the building entry and common areas, as well as the addition of a new dining facility, full-service commercial kitchen, therapy gym, nursing station, business office, and laundry facilities. Significant site improvements were also completed, resulting in an upgraded, service-oriented residential community designed to support aging in place.
