This three-story wood-framed senior housing facility includes 45 dwelling units, administrative offices, and community spaces. The project included a complete renovation of the interior spaces, as well as exterior improvements, and multiple minor building additions. The project also included many site improvements to the parking lot, walking paths, gazebo, and landscaping. This phased work was completed while the building was partially occupied. The project achieved LEED® Gold Certification.
