Ruscilli was selected to partner with National Church Residences for this 9% LIHTC project. This project included substantial rehabilitation, including repairing or replacing most exterior and interior building finishes, casework, doors, windows, roofing, and fixtures and trim, as well as site improvements and amenities. The 200 unit project consisted of a 15 month phased schedule. Residents remained on site during construction. The phasing plan included temporary swing space units for each phase of work.
