Self Performing Trades

Since our founding in 1945, Ruscilli has offered a long-standing tradition of employing its own labor forces in a variety of construction trades.

Depending on market conditions, we have historically offered tradesmen in areas of steel erection, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, roofing, sheetmetal, concrete, masonry, laborer, millwright, and operating engineer trades. We recruit and retain specialty tradesmen with skills not readily available in the marketplace in order to remain competitive and offer best value to our clients.

Subsequent to 2007, our economy experienced a dramatic shift in labor as the construction market experienced a significant slowdown. As a result, there is currently a surplus of skilled labor in the marketplace.

As a successful construction firm, our core competency is managing the overall design and construction process. To provide best cost for our clients in today’s highly competitive environment, we have taken advantage of today’s market conditions by providing bid opportunities for non-Ruscilli trade personnel. By fostering relationships with highly-skilled specialty trade contractors, we offer our clients the cost benefit of utilizing both in-house and outside trade personnel to maintain a professional and competitive advantage.

At present, Ruscilli offers in-house Rough Carpenters, Finish Carpenters, Operating Engineers, Laborers, and Interior Specialties trades. In addition, our organization operates its own carpentry shop, equipment repair shop and sheet metal fabrication facilities.

For the benefit of this project, we are in a position to offer the above in-house trades as needed to optimize delivery.
